The witness leaves the literal blow-by-blow action to his boss while laughing hysterically.

Apparently this is the real deal, and how could it not be? This is too good to make up.

Well, we’ve got bad news, bro. She doesn’t want it.

A new survey found 61% of women say they do not want to get lingerie for Christmas this year.

In fact, women don’t want you anywhere near the buying process. 86% of women say they like to buy all of their own underwear and lingerie, and 68% like to go shopping for it alone.

The survey also found it’s one of the few products that people would rather buy in-person than online. 72% of women say they need to buy it in person.

Dailey Bailey: There’s an Average of 1.4 Men Trying to Date Every Single Woman . . . and Four Men Trying If She’s Hot

If you’re currently a single guy and you’ve got a good little text exchange going back and forth with a woman, here’s some bad news. You’re not the only guy who’s trying to land her. There’s another dude battling you hard.

According to a new study, every single woman has an average of 1.4 guys trying to date her. If the woman goes out at least twice a week, that jumps to 2.6 guys trying to date her. And if she’s really hot, it jumps to four guys trying to date her.

Here are five other surprisingly useful findings from the study . . .

1. 73% of women now say the best way for a guy to contact them for the first time after they meet is . . . a text. 19% say call, 6% say find them on Facebook.

2. 46% of women would like it best if you got in touch with them the day after you met them. 30% say wait two days and 13% want to hear from you the same night. Only 6% say it’s okay to wait three days.

3. But if you do wait . . . a woman will lose ALL interest after five days. And that drops to two days if she’s really hot.

4. 60% of women have flaked on a first date because the guy was too needy in texts. 44% have flaked because a guy talked dirty.

5. Only 5% of women say it’s important to kiss on a first date.

Dailey Bailey: Cookies Beat Out Eggnog as the Best Christmas Dessert . . . But Fruitcake Performed Surprisingly Well

Fruitcake gets dumped on a lot as the Christmas dessert that somehow survives from generation to generation, even though no one likes it. well . . . maybe it’s time to stop busting on fruitcake.

In a new survey on Christmas desserts, fruitcake did not come in last. In fact, it beat out two Christmas desserts that you’d think were way more popular.

Cookies came in as the best Christmas dessert, getting 29% of the vote. Eggnog was second, at 19% . . . then fruitcake was third, at 12%.

What lost to fruitcake? Candy canes got 8% of the vote, and gingerbread only got 6%. Miscellaneous other desserts got 24% of the vote . . . but if they weren’t popular enough to make separate choices, then I say they’re below fruitcake too.

One other related note. If you want to make people hate candy canes even more, there’s a website selling boxes of PICKLE-FLAVORED CANDY CANES. They sound perfectly horrible.
