A recent semifinalist on “Poland’s Got Talent” did a magic trick on a Polish TV show the other day, where you slam your hand down on paper bags, and one of them has a nail in it.

But he had one of the co-hosts do one, and something went wrong . . . because she ended up with a nail stuck in her hand and immediately started screaming.

Luckily the wound wasn’t as bad as it sounds, and she’ll be okay. But she went to the hospital for antibiotics and a tetanus shot.

You probably know about the duckface, even if you’ve never done it yourself. It’s that face women make in selfies to look sexy, where they pucker their lips like they’re about to kiss someone.

Well, duckface is over! The new sexy pose for selfies is “fingermouthing.” That’s where you gently and strategically position your fingers on and around your lips.

Maybe you’re pulling on your lips a little, maybe just brushing against them, whatever it takes to look sexy and flirtatious . . . and maybe a little shy and mysterious.

A woman named Kristen Hancher who posts style photos on Instagram says it’s definitely now a “thing.”

Quote, “It feels more natural than to just pose. There’s some seductive implication as well, considering it brings focus towards the lips, but it also helps frame your face.”

This is a really twisted game of fetch.

A 39-year-old guy named Rafat Shejaeya in Chicago was setting off some fireworks a few days ago, and he accidentally blew off part of his HAND.

And a few hours later, one of his neighbors let her dog out in the yard . . . and the dog came back with the hand in his mouth!!!

He found it about 250 feet away from where Rafat was setting off his fireworks, so it must’ve taken a hell of a blast for the hand to fly that far.

The woman called 911 and had them pick up the hand.

The doctors were able to reattach it, but they’re not sure how much function it’ll ever get back. And that’s really bad news for Rafat, since he works as a barber.

Piece of advice: Don’t eat the spinach dip at any parties or barbecues this weekend, unless you’re the first person to get to it. Because there’s a great chance someone else already befouled it. Read More »

You know, just because there are two foods that are delicious separately, it doesn’t mean they should be Frankensteined together. Two chefs in New York City just created a new item: Hot Dog Ice Cream!

And it’s even weirder than it sounds. They infused ice cream with hot dogs, then froze it into a hot dog shape. The toppings are candied green cabbage, honey mustard, and blackberry-raspberry ketchup. And it’s served in a brioche bun.

It’s available at two restaurants called Morgenstern’s Finest Ice Cream and DBGB in Manhattan all month. And it’ll run you $7.50 to try it.

Just in time for the Fourth of July, it’s time to call out half of the states in this country for below average patriotism.  Shame.  Shame!

The website WalletHub apparently isn’t worried about offending lots of people, because they just ranked all 50 states by how patriotic they are.

The Volunteer State didn’t do as well as I thought it would have. Tennessee came in 33rd.

They used criteria like active military members and veterans per capita . . . the percentage of people who voted in the primaries . . . the volunteering rate . . . and even how often people do Google searches for American flags.

The 10 most patriotic states are:  Virginia . . . Alaska . . . South Carolina . . . Colorado . . . Georgia . . . Hawaii . . . Montana . . . Alabama . . . Washington . . . and New Hampshire.

And the 10 least patriotic states are:  New Jersey . . . Connecticut . . . New York . . . Rhode Island . . . Illinois . . . Massachusetts . . . Pennsylvania . . . California . . . Michigan . . . and Louisiana.

If you’re heading to the beach this weekend, want to make sure your beer stays cold, don’t want to spend $2 on a beer koozie, and don’t mind looking like an extreme redneck . . . we’ve got your solution.

A woman in Louisiana realized you can use a toilet plunger as a beer koozie. Your beer should fit nicely in the mouth of your plunger, which keeps it cold, and you can plant the handle in the sand to keep it standing up.

I recommend cleaning your plunger first before you do this.
