There’s a 35-year-old Army vet named Jake Booth from Bonita Springs, Florida, just outside Fort Myers. And he had bronchitis back in February, which turned into pneumonia in both lungs. Then it got even worse.

He had a heart attack while he was in the hospital, and fell into a coma. His family didn’t know if he’d ever wake up, and even if he did, it was possible he’d have brain damage.

But he finally woke up 48 days later . . . knew his own name . . . and recognized both of his kids.

And his brother says the first words out of his mouth were, “I want Taco Bell.” Unfortunately he wasn’t allowed to have any at that point, because he couldn’t eat solid foods.

He’s still got a lot of physical therapy before he recovers, but his doctors cleared him to eat real food earlier this month. So one of his friends immediately went and got him a bunch of crunchy tacos . . . and he ate 8 1/2 of them.

Which probably isn’t the ideal thing to eat if you just had a heart attack. But apparently his doctors were okay with it. They actually made him eat a cheeseburger first.

A weather girl in Los Angeles named Liberté Chan wore a black cocktail dress for her weather report on Saturday morning. And the station started getting emails from people who thought it was too skimpy.

So someone reached in from off-camera and handed her a sweater in the middle of her report. Then people started emailing because they were offended by that, and felt like she was being shamed on live TV!

For what it’s worth, she says she wasn’t offended by any of it. And it was actually her back-up dress. She was going to wear a different one, but didn’t think it looked good on camera.

I feel like this guy’s parents really set him up for a life of disappointment when they gave him this name… No way he could live up to that greatness!

There’s a 32-year-old guy in Villa Rica, Georgia whose real name is Willie Nelson Waylon Jennings Scarborough. So naturally he’s an outlaw, right?

Unfortunately, no . . . not really. Here’s why.

First of all, Willie Nelson Waylon Jennings drives a PT Cruiser. And second, Willie Nelson Waylon Jennings was driving his PT Cruiser last week when he ran out of gas! Not an outlaw kind of move.

And he was blocking traffic at the time, so the cops showed up.

But when they tried to help him, they spotted a bag of meth in his car . . . and a weed whacker he’d just stolen out of someone else’s car.

So Willie Nelson Waylon Jennings was arrested on several charges, including meth possession and entering an automobile with intent to commit theft.

We see plenty of lists of cities with the best-looking women.  But we rarely see lists ranking cities by man beef.

A new poll by “Travelers Digest” was just released that lists the top 10 cities worldwide for the best-looking men. And the U.S. claimed the number two spot with . . . Sparta,TN….. Just kidding. New York City. Here’s the top 10:

This guy knows that if you’ve got it, you flaunt it.

32-year-old Verdon Lamont Taylor of Downingtown, Pennsylvania went to a Walmart, stripped down outside, then went in . . . totally naked!

Verdon’s plan was, apparently, to steal clothing. Which makes sense, for a naked man. Only Verdon didn’t steal, ya know, boxers or shorts or even a large poncho or mumu . . . no, all he stole was socks!

And he used the socks on his feet . . . not to cover himself elsewhere.

As he walked around the store in his new socks, the police arrived . . . and used a Taser to get him down. Afterward, he spat on a cop and fought them as they loaded him into a cop car.

He was arrested for indecent exposure, aggravated assault, simple assault, retail theft, receiving stolen property, and disorderly conduct.

Breast implants . . . do they have any downside???

A 41-year-old woman from Melbourne, Florida was going to her car when her ex-fiancé’s new girlfriend attacked her!! The name of the woman who was attacked hasn’t been released.

The new girlfriend is 22-year-old Amy Winter. She pulled a pocket knife on the ex and stabbed her repeatedly, aiming for her heart.

But the ex survived . . . all thanks to her brand new breast implants.

About three months ago . . . after she broke up with her fiancé . . . she got $6,000 saline breast implants. The knife pierced her implant . . . but shielded her heart.

Winter was arrested for assault.

Mckenzie, a 17-year-old high school junior from Georgia loves it when her mom packs her lunch for school.

But this week, her mom’s attempt to do something nice went completely wrong! Mckenzie said she opened her lunch to realize her mom had packed her a Four Loko instead of a drink.

Alicia and Randy were at the hospital to give birth to their baby girl, Neveah.  Everything was going great and then Randy heard the doctor calling to him.

The doctor noticed something very special about the baby.  Randy came running over with his camera and caught the moment so they’d never forget it.

What did this guy think was going to happen?

A guy with one arm was driving in Yantai, China last week. He’s only been identified as Jiang.

We’ll give him props for driving with only one arm, but that became a real issue . . . when his cell phone rang, and he decided to take his hand off the wheel to answer it.

I guess he didn’t even try the whole steer with your leg move.

Not surprisingly, he crashed his car immediately.

When the cops got there, they were shocked that he was driving with one arm . . . especially since his car was a stick shift!!!! Oh, and apparently he doesn’t even have a driver’s license.

So he was just sentenced to 15 days in jail and a $300 fine.

Wow, this guy is bad at revenge and basic literacy.

A 36-year-old guy named Timothy Trammell from Jonesville, South Carolina wanted to get revenge on his ex-girlfriend last week. Apparently their relationship ended when she cheated on him.

So he went to the convenience store where she works on Friday, found her car in the parking lot, and spray painted “cheater” on it.

But there were two problems. First, he misspelled “cheater” and wrote it “C-H-E-E-T-E-R.”

And second, a cop spotted him while he was doing it. So Timothy was arrested for vandalism.
