WorldView: New Zealand flooding, Lesotho first lady’s murder charge, and more

More than 2,000 people, including stranded tourists, had to be evacuated after flooding and mudslides in southern New Zealand. Maesaiah Thabane, the first lady of Lesotho, is to be formally charged with organizing the murder of her husband’s estranged ex-wife in June 2017.
