Video of 6-year-old girl’s arrest prompts questions over police conduct

A newly released bodycam video is prompting new questions over police conduct in the case. It started with a 6-year-old girl acting out in class, and ended with the girl being put in the back of a police car. Manny Bojorquez reports. Source
