USAID could be shut down, merged into State Department

USAID, a federal agency that delivers humanitarian relief around the world, is on the verge of being shut down, according to Elon Musk. Secretary of State Marco Rubio was named acting administrator and said some portions of the agency could be absorbed into the State Department. Source
