University of Virginia student escapes violent abduction attempt, suspect arrested

A man has been arrested, accused of attempting to abduct a University of Virginia student near campus on Wednesday night. Police said officers found the victim in the suspect’s crashed car. The suspect was later captured after running from the scene. Source
