Ukraine and Russia carry out strikes against each other as nuclear threat persists

Russian missiles hit downtown Lviv early Thursday in what Ukrainian officials called the biggest attack to date on civilian areas in the major western city. Ukraine, meanwhile, carried out a strike in Russian-held territory, as both sides accused each other of plotting to sabotage the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant. Source
