Trump to surrender in Georgia Thursday, first co-defendant turns himself in

Scott Hall, one of Donald Trump’s co-defendants in his Georgia election interference trial, turned himself in Tuesday at the Fulton County Jail in what is believed to be the first surrender in the case.
