Tropical Storm Erika brings rain, wind to Caribbean

Tropical Storm Erika lashed the Dominican Republic and Haiti Friday with heavy rain and strong winds. The storm has already triggered deadly flooding and mudslides on the island nation of Dominica. CBS News producer Deidra Robinson reports. Source
