Top Chinese diplomat visiting White House

China’s top diplomat, Wang Yi, is in Washington Thursday to meet with Secretary of State Antony Blinken and National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan. The officials are coming together just weeks before President Biden could meet with Chinese President Xi Jinping at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Summit in San Francisco.
