Legislative committees on Capitol Hill in Nashville took their first in depth look at the Governor’s new funding formula for state education. We go inside that formula with the head of Tennessee SCORE – a group that wants to sustain and increase Tennessee’s growth in academic achievement. Its President and CEO is David Mansouri.
