Today In The Upper Cumberland: Mental Health

Emma Crabtree discusses your mental health as our community deals with COVID-19.

Uneasiness, concern, anger, sadness, fear, being overwhelmed – what are the emotions you’re dealing with right now as our community tries to deal with COVID-19? It’s time to spend some time on your mental health, and that’s what we’re going to do today with Emma Crabtree, a licensed counselor at Infinite Possibilities Counseling in Cookeville. She’s a TTU Masters graduate, and focuses on anxiety disorders as well as whole health and wellness.
