Today In The Upper Cumberland: Mental Health

Shane Farris and Anne Stamps discuss the new year and focusing on mental health.

As we start a new year, we’re thinking about many types of resolutions. Yours may have something to do with your mental health – less stress, a clear mind, better decision making. We certainly have more open communication about mental health than ever before, and the experts say that’s a good thing. Shane Farris of Cumberland Mountain Mental Health Center, and Anne Stamps of Volunteer Behavioral Health are our guests.

Today In The Upper Cumberland airs each weekend as a way to introduce you to interesting people and subjects of interest to our community. Catch the show each Saturday morning at 6am on Rock 93-7, at 7am on 106-9 Kicks Country, at 8am on 93-3 The Dawg, Lite Rock 95.9, and 96-9 Highway 111 Country, and at 9am on 101.9/AM 920 WLIV.

If you miss it Saturday, you can catch Today In The Upper Cumberland again, Sunday. The show airs Sunday morning at 7am on Rock 93-7 and News Talk 94.1/AM 1600, at 7:30am on Sports Radio 104.7, Sundays at Noon on News Talk 94.1/AM 1600, Sunday night at 6pm on 93-3 The Dawg, Lite Rock 95.9, 96-9 Highway 111 Country, and 101.9/AM 920 WLIV, and at 7pm on 106-9 Kicks Country.
