In a press release earlier this week, the NCAA Board Of Directors said, “NCAA recruiting rules preclude boosters from recruiting, and/or providing benefits to prospective student athletes. So how does this jive with NIL rules? It’s just part of the complications of the new world that we’ve seen evolve over the last two years.
