A Web Site named roadsnacks.net used “science” to figure out what the most redneck cities in Tennessee are.
The “science” they used calculated Wal-Mart stores and dentist per capita, and the number of dive bars, tobacco stores, and guns and ammo stores.
Roadsnacks went through 106 Tennessee cities so not all of them are on this list.
The Upper Cumberland did have three cities on the list:
#16 Crossville
#18 Spencer
and #39 Cookeville
The #1 most redneck city is Bolivar,TN
