Texas judge rules that women with pregnancy complications are exempt from state’s abortion bans

In response to a lawsuit, a judge in Texas ruled Friday that women who experience pregnancy complications are exempt from the state’s abortion bans. The state attorney general’s office said it would appeal the ruling. Source
