Supreme Court to take up abortion case that could threaten Roe v. Wade

The Supreme Court announced plans to hear arguments next term over a Mississippi law banning abortion after 15 weeks of pregnancy. That comes as Justice Stephen Breyer, the oldest of the court’s three liberals, faces pressure to retire.
