Senate weighs rule change to confirm SCOTUS nominee

The stage is set for a historic Senate showdown over Supreme Court nominee Neil Gorsuch. Fourty-three senators now say they will vote “no.” That’s more than enough to support a Democratic filibuster to try to block the nomination.
