Monterey’s Ruby Salinas Named Dream Big Scholar

106-9 Kicks Country and The Tennessee Credit Union salute Ruby Salinas of Monterey High School.

Ruby plans to attend Tennessee Technological University majoring in Merchandising and Design with a minor in business. Outside the classroom, Ruby works with local and international missions.

Her ultimate goal is to be a local business owner.
