Rep. Michael McCaul says Speaker Mike Johnson is in a “difficult spot” regarding Ukraine aid bill

Republican Rep. Michael McCaul, the chair of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, tells “Face the Nation” that House Speaker Mike Johnson is in a “difficult spot” regarding a bill offering aid to Ukraine. Despite the threat of a motion to vacate, McCaul said Johnson “knows how important” it is to offer aid to Ukraine. Source
