Rash spreads among students, teachers after rats invade Calif. elementary school

Rats living underneath portable classrooms at Villa Park Elementary School in Southern California are being blamed for a rash that’s affected students and teachers. Health officials say the rash was caused by bugs that live on rats. CBS Los Angeles’ Michele Gile reports. Source
