Pennsylvania police “committed” to capturing escaped convicted murderer

Pennsylvania authorities held a news conference on Friday afternoon to provide updates on the search for convicted murderer Danelo Cavalcante after he escaped Thursday morning from Chester County Prison in West Chester.
