Pennsylvania authorities concerned escaped killer will try to steal another vehicle

In Pennsylvania, escaped prisoner and convicted killer Danelo Cavalcante has again managed to slip past a police perimeter. Authorities say they’re bringing in more officers after the fugitive managed to steal a van.
