New York Gov. Kathy Hochul speaks after deadly bus crash: “A day of terror”

Police say at least two people are dead and several others are injured after a charter bus carrying high school students crashed just north of New York City. “No one could have foreseen what these 40 students and four adults would experience, but certainly there are families grieving today,” Gov.
