N.Y. State Senator Alessandra Biaggi calls Cuomo’s apology “inadequate”

New York State Senator Alessandra Biaggi joins CBSN’s “Red and Blue” to discuss the sexual harassment allegations against New York Governor Andrew Cuomo.
