Men Can Tell If a Woman Is Attractive Just by Hearing Her Voice?

Apparently there’s more of a connection than we ever realized between a sexy voice and a sexy look.

A new study out of the University in Vienna in Austria had men listen to women’s voices, then rate how attractive they think the women are. Then another group of men looked at the women’s pictures and also rated their attractiveness.

And . . . it turned out men pretty much nailed which voices were connected to good looking women and which ones weren’t.

The researchers’ theory is that maybe “attractive” facial features like narrower jaws and fuller lips translate into voices that sound sexier.

They didn’t test whether women could guess a man’s attractiveness based on his voice . . . but other studies in the past have found that women gravitate toward men with deeper voices because those guys are generally bigger and stronger.
