Man thwarts possible mass shooting by refusing gun sale

Plans for a possible mass shooting have been foiled thanks to an alert gun shop owner in Ohio. Twenty-five-year-old James Howard tried to buy a rifle last week, but the store owner refused to sell it to him. Howard faces multiple charges.
