The federal government is reportedly investigating the e-cigarette giant Juul Labs, as the company faces increasing scrutiny over the rise in youth vaping. Reports say the FTC and attorneys general in five states and Washington D.C. are looking into whether Juul used deceptive marketing and targeted minors.
