Houston convention center becomes flooding evacuation shelter

Some of the people who have been rescued after Hurricane Harvey were taken to a number of shelters around the Houston area. The city’s main shelter is at George R. Brown Convention Center. The Red Cross has set up what is described as a mega-shelter facility. Norah O’Donnell reports. Source
