Former cop surrenders, bodycam footage released in fatal Philly shooting of Eddie Irizarry

A former police officer who allegedly shot and killed Eddie Irizarry in Philadelphia last month has turned himself in to face multiple charges, including murder. The Philadelphia district attorney released body camera footage from the shooting on Friday. Source
