Crossville – The NightCap Jazz Duo – presented by the Upper Cumberland Diversity Advocates

The Upper Cumberland Diversity Advocates are sponsoring two free events this month. Both events are at the Art Circle Public Library, 3 East Street, Crossville. They are on Saturday, February 21st and February 28th – both events are at noon. Join them as we celebrate Black History Month.
