Celebrate Halloween at the PCL with Book-or-Treat! Visit the Children’s Library to pick up your Book-or-Treat bag. Each bag will contain a FREE book to keep forever and a Halloween surprise! Want more surprises? Do you have a library card, or are you ready to sign up for one? If so, your Book-or-Treat bag will also include five random books to check out for two weeks. Your five books will include Halloween books and new books while supplies last. They will give out Big Kid Bags (which may have chapter books or scary books) and Little Kid Bags (which will contain picture books and NO scary books). One bag is available per individual.
