An eight minute oration could earn you a $25,000 scholarship. Grades 9-12 including homeschool students are eligible to enter. The topics for this year are the U.S. Constitution's 2nd, 5th, 23rd, and 25th amendments. The application can be found at https://www.legion.org/oratorical/topics .
