Deadly shooting reported outside synagogue in Germany

Reports in Germany say there has been a deadly shooting outside a synagogue on Yom Kippur, the holiest day of the year on the Jewish calendar. Police are telling people to stay home or find a secure place to go. Mark Phillips reports. Source
