You know, just because there are two foods that are delicious separately, it doesn’t mean they should be Frankensteined together. Two chefs in New York City just created a new item: Hot Dog Ice Cream!
And it’s even weirder than it sounds. They infused ice cream with hot dogs, then froze it into a hot dog shape. The toppings are candied green cabbage, honey mustard, and blackberry-raspberry ketchup. And it’s served in a brioche bun.
It’s available at two restaurants called Morgenstern’s Finest Ice Cream and DBGB in Manhattan all month. And it’ll run you $7.50 to try it.
