Dailey Bailey: Homeless Man Asks Restaurant for Change, Gets Job

Abi’s Cafe in Minneapolis will be racking in the good karma after the owner gave a homeless man a job instead of a hand out.

Twenty-five-year-old Cesia Abigail, who owns the cafe, said she asked the man why he didn’t have a job and that nothing was given to her for free. He said he had a lot of felonies and therefore couldn’t get a job.

She immediately gave him a job washing dishes and doing work around the place. He’s been employed for two weeks.

To help turn his life around, they take 10% of his paycheck to set aside for a life savings.

She posted to Facebook a photo of the man with the following story:
