Cumberland County’s Alli Hyder Is This Week’s Dream Big Scholar

Alli Hyder (5)106-9 Kicks Country and The Tennessee Credit Union recognized Alli Hyder, a senior at Cumberland County High Schoolin Crossville, as a Dream Big Scholar.

Hyder was named Cumberland County Girls Basketball Freshman of the year. She is also a Girls’ State Nominee.  As a dual enrollment student at Roane State Community College, Hyder achieved Dual Student of the month. Hyder was named Student of the class with Honors in Chemistry, AP U.S. History, Dual Statistics and Spanish 2. Hyder maintains a 4.0 GPA, while being the captain of the basketball team. Hyder also came in 23rd of 100+ in a pre-calculus competition.

Hyder is a member of the Cumberland County Girls Basketball Team, Interact Club, FBLA, and Student Council.

Hyder  plans to attend Tennessee Tech University and major in Biochemistry, and plans to be in the honors program. After getting a degree in biochemistry, Hyder plans to go to a physical therapy school and get her doctorate in physical therapy.

Alli Hyder will now be eligible to win scholarship money from 106-9 Kicks Country and The Tennessee Credit Union.
