Remember when crazy unhealthy food creations were only at state fairs? Now they’re all over the place. Here are three new insane American food innovations . . .
1. A blogger called “The Vulgar Chef” just created a cheeseburger that replaces the buns with FRENCH FRIES. It’s pretty simple: He just took a bunch of fries, mashed them around a burger and a bunch of cheese, and seared it until they were crispy.
2. A donut shop in Boston called Kane’s Handcrafted has put a new spin on the New England lobster roll: Instead of bread, your lobster meat and mayo are shoved into a DONUT. If lobster isn’t your thing, they’ll also shove beef or chicken into one.
3. The next crazy Oreo flavor coming out is . . . S’mores Oreos. The cookies are graham cracker-flavored and there are two layers of cream: Marshmallow and chocolate. They go on sale nationwide on Friday.
