Congressional Black Caucus chair on Biden’s outreach to Black voters

CBS News polling shows support for the Biden administration has dipped among Black Americans since 2020. The Biden reelection campaign has been trying to work on that with Vice President Kamala Harris meeting with Black business owners in Atlanta on Monday. Congressman Steven Horsford, the chair of the Congressional Black Caucus who was in Atlanta with Harris, joined CBS News to discuss the 2024 election. Source
