Dailey Bailey: The “Cake Cleanse” Diet . . . Lose Weight While You Eat Three Desserts a Day?

I’m pretty sure you can’t lose weight gorging on cake and cookies all day long. But it sure would be cool if this was true . . .

The-Cake-Cleanse-240-year-old Deborah Schipper of Sydney, Australia just published a book about a new diet she invented called the ‘Cake Cleanse.’ The big hook is that you get to eat three Desserts a day . . . While you lose weight.

It’s because the desserts are made with strategically healthier recipes. That means you’ll be baking cakes and cookies with ingredients like almond milk, coconut flour, and Greek yogurt.

Deborah says she came up with the diet since she couldn’t lose weight. Quote, “because I love sweets and I knew I could never give them up.”

The Cake Cleanse is a four-week program, and it’s pretty expensive. The nutrition plan and the recipe e-books cost a total of $55.

But if you want to lose weight and you really believe it’s possible to make that happen eating three desserts a day, you can buy it at CakeCleanse.com.

Dailey Bailey: These Are The 3 Dumbest Halloween Costumes This Year… So Far.

Edgy Halloween costumes are trickier than they used to be. Because if you offend someone, you’ll probably be branded as a pariah on social media and lose your job.

So the costume companies are trying to help . . . by selling a bunch of TERRIBLE “edgy” costumes. Here are three of the worst offenders ( that we felt comfortable showing ). . .

pizza rat1.  Sexy Pizza Rat.  Can you dress up as a viral video and still look hot?  This costume says . . . well, you can try.  It’s basically a sexy mouse costume with two pieces of pizza sewn onto the hips.  For the small price of ninety American dollars.

poop imoji2.  Poop Emoji Mask.  You’ve probably sent someone the poop emoji . . . why not wear it on your head?  At least it’s only $28.

trump3.  Sexy Donald Trump.  Basically a terrible wig, a red hat that says “make America great,” a blue blazer, white shirt, red tie, and short blue shorts.  It costs $70.

Dailey Bailey: Wearing a Skanky Halloween Costume Could Help You Find Love?

Stop trying to come up with a clever Halloween costume and just slap on some lingerie and bunny ears.

A new survey found that your best bet at finding love this Halloween is . . . wearing a skanky costume.

71% of men say they’d be interested in meeting and potentially dating someone wearing a super sexy costume.

And 51% would be interested in a woman in a funny costume. But only 5% say they’d be attracted to someone wearing a SCARY costume.

The survey also found 66% of single men and women think Halloween is a great time to find someone to date.

Career Builder just released its annual list of the craziest excuses people have used for calling in sick to work. Here are the top ten . . .

3. A guy’s sandwich fell on the floor, and he broke his arm trying to catch it.

4. A guy claimed the universe was telling him he needed a day off.

5. A guy’s wife caught him cheating, and he had to get all his stuff out of a dumpster.

6. A woman said she was brushing her hair, and poked herself in the eye.

7. A guy couldn’t come to work, because his wife put all of his underwear in the wash.

8. A guy was too embarrassed to come in, because the food he’d made for an employee potluck didn’t turn out well.

9. A woman said she had to go to the beach, because she needed more vitamin D.

10. A woman said she couldn’t come in, because her cat was stuck in her dashboard.

The survey also found that 38% of us have called in sick this year when we actually felt fine, which is up from 28% last year.

Dailey Bailey: 81% of People Think They’re the Most Productive Person at Their Office

Well this math doesn’t quite add up . . . but the self-centered, delusional logic behind it sure does.

A new study found 81% of people believe they’re the most productive person in their office. That means four out of five of your coworkers are walking around thinking THEY’RE the best employee in the company.

Here are a few more results from the study . . .

89% of people say there are unnecessary distractions at work. The top four are useless meetings, excessive emails, unexpected phone calls, and their boss micromanaging them.

33% of people take a half hour lunch break . . . 26% take a full hour . . . and 13% don’t take one at all.

And more than half of people have held out on going to the bathroom to hit a deadline in the past week.
