California wildfire death toll rises to 3 as blaze continues burning

The death toll in Southern California has now risen to 3 following a string of wildfires. The air over much of the region is smoked-filled and tens of thousands of people have been displaced. Containment stands at 19%. Errol Barnett reports. Source
