California man arrested for videos that appear to show mass shooting dry run

Police in San Diego arrested Steven Homoki after they were tipped off about several YouTube videos that show a man holding several guns and aiming at targets in downtown San Diego. In a jailhouse interview, Homoki told CBS affiliate KFMB that the videos were a “miniature art project.” Janet Shamlian reports. Source
