California governor expands emergency declaration to entire state

On Sunday, Governor Gavin Newsom expanded his emergency declaration, making it statewide. Evacuations are expanding, first in Sonoma county and now in Napa. More than 2 million people have had their power cut, as the flames spread. Janet Shamlian reports. Source
