Alleged cop killer caught after New Orleans escape

New Orleans police recaptured a suspect accused of fatally shooting a veteran officer who was transporting him. Travis Boys was handcuffed in the back of the officer’s police car when he somehow got free and allegedly shot the officer. Kris Van Cleave has the latest. Source
