Couple: Birth control mix-up led to two unwanted pregnancies

After having a miscarriage, Kristie and Armando Granado decided another pregnancy was too risky. Kristie began taking birth control pills, but got pregnant twice. Both times she had miscarriages. She is one of 113 women in 28 states who are now included in a lawsuit filed last week against the companies that made and packaged the recalled contraceptives. They are seeking millions of dollars in damages. John Blackstone reports. Source

1 in 45 kids may have autism spectrum disorders, study shows

A new report suggests autism may be more common than we thought. A government survey of parents finds as many as one of every 45 children is autistic. That is a higher percentage than other studies reported. Dr. David Agus joins “CBS This Morning” from Los Angeles to discuss the findings. Source

She soon took back control of her career as a Grammy-nominated singer and an actress on the big screen.
