El Paso Walmart shooter sentenced to life in prison

The man behind one of the deadliest mass shootings in the U.S. will spend the rest of his life in prison after being sentenced to 90 consecutive life sentences for the 2019 El Paso, Texas, Walmart shooting that killed 23 people and injured 22 more. 3 vaccines recommended to prevent “tripledemic”

To prevent a repeat of last winter’s “tripledemic” of respiratory illnesses, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention are recommending three vaccines: one for COVID, one for the flu and a new one for RSV. Rent going up for college kids with student housing in high demand

According to data from the commercial real estate firm CBRE, student housing property sales reached an all-time high in 2022, approaching $23 billion.
