Teen among 5 killed in Philadelphia shooting; suspect arrested

A suspect wearing a bulletproof vest and armed with an AR-style rifle and a handgun was arrested following a shooting in Philadelphia Monday which left five people dead, including a 15-year-old boy, authorities said. Another three people were killed and eight wounded when gunfire erupted at a holiday gathering in Fort Worth, Texas. Ryan Hughes has the latest. Source

Authorities say one man is in custody in connection with a shooting in Philadelphia last night that killed at least five people. But Philadelphia wasn’t the only city to see gun violence this long holiday weekend — in Fort Worth, Texas, at least three people were killed and six others wounded.
