Border Patrol blocked from saving drowning migrants by Texas, DHS says
Texas authorities physically barred Border Patrol agents from trying to rescue drowning migrants, the Department of Homeland Security says. Mexican authorities recovered the bodies of a woman and two children Saturday across the border from Eagle Pass, Texas.
