Watch: Questions about Biden’s memory dominate White House press briefing

White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre took questions mostly about President Biden’s mental fortitude and memory during Friday’s press briefing. During a news conference the previous night, Mr. Biden took issue with a special counsel report that criticized his memory, but then had another gaffe, calling Egypt’s Abdel Fattah el-Sisi the president of Mexico.
